element is designed to help you easily customize your Customer Form. It helps to gather specific customer information for marketing or internal use, and it can also be used to incentivize customer actions with discounts or offers. You can tailor the form fields according to your specific requirements and branding preferences.
Please note that:
Customer Form Field element can't live outside a Customer Form, make sure that you have dragged a Customer Form element into layout before adding the Customer Form Field element.
Each Customer Form requires at least one email to function properly.

Step 1: Click on the Elements icon > Then, in the Shopify tab choose the Customer Form Field
Step 2: Drag and drop the desired Customer Form Field variant into the page editor
Important Note: Customer Form Field element can't live outside a Customer Form
The Customer Form Field includes Email, First Name, Last Name, and Customer Note elements. You can also search for the element in the search bar.
The Customer Form Field element comes with plenty of parameters allowing you to fine-tune content appearance to reach the best possible conversion rate
Click on the element in the page canvas to access its parameters in the General and Styling tabs, which are specific to this element.
Show Label: Hide / Show the label.
Label Position: Position of the label with respect to the input box.
Require Field: Make this field a required field
You may modify a range of parameters in the Styling tab, such as element size, spacing, typography, colors, and more, to guarantee that the Customer form field element matches the overall layout of your page.
The Customer form field element has 2 sub-elements:Field Label and Field input. You can click on the sub-element to see all settings parameters for each sub-element.
Select the whole Field Label element and in the General tab, there is only one setting for it, which is the Label text. You have to enter the name of the label that you want to display.

Placeholder Text: Text to show in the input box until your visitors start typing.
Input type: Only display when you select Customer note for Customer Details There are 8 options available:
- Single line text
- Multiple Line Text
- Single Choice
- Checkbox
- Dropdown
- Number
- Date
- Time

Line Number: The height of the text is counted in lines (min value is 1, max value is 20).

For the Styling tab, you may adjust the size, spacing, typography, colors, and more of the Field input element. Simply click on Field input element in page canvas > Navigation to Styling to see those parameters.
Note that the Field State options are only visible when selecting the Input Field within the Contact Form Field. Ensure you're selecting the appropriate elements to access these options.
If the form has only 1 field, then that field must be an email (required).
1. What is the Customer Form Field element used for?
It's used to create custom fields within a customer form to collect specific information from your customers. This information can be used for various purposes, such as order fulfillment, marketing, or customer support.
2. Can I use multiple Customer Form Field elements in one form?
Yes, you can add as many Customer Form Field elements as needed to collect the desired information.
3. Where can I use the Customer Form Field element?
You can use it on any PageFly page, but it's commonly used on checkout pages, contact pages, and landing pages.
